Wal-Mart is at it again !

Wal-Mart is at it again ! They have sold out all 200 $ PC’s. The 200$ ‘green’ machine comes with Linux OS. It also has a 1.5 Ghz VIA c7 CPU embedded in a mini ITX motherboard. Add to that 512 megabytes of RAM and a 80 GB hard drive, its not that bad at all ! These specifications may not be suited for state-of-the-art, high-end applications but are acceptable for low-key operations given its price tag.
The user interface is made up of Google themed icons and hence the OS is widely known as “Google” OS. People are looking to buy this ‘Everex’ PC should not have great expectations but would be delighted to see it perform very efficiently with its minimum resources !
