It’s coming, the 10″ Asus Eee!

TechPepper just introduced the new mini laptop from ASUS, the Asus Eee Pc.
Now, 2 weeks later, not so surprisingly Asus announced a new version of the Eee line. The Asus EEE-PC 8G, will be available from 2008.
This little gadget now has a better display, more storage and memory. It has a bigger 10″ display, however the size of the laptop will be the same as the “old” one. Asus simply got rid off the original frame around the screen.
Specs for the new Eee: 1.5 GB Ram, 8GB storage, 10″ display, Wi-Fi, 0.92KG.
I already have my eye on this mini laptop, just the perfect size to carry around for this pretty good price. Now I can’t wait to get my hand on the new version in 2008, and if you get the upgraded version with more memory and hard drive, then you are all set to go.

Awesome. I might get one for my brother, he needs a good cheap-o laptop.
